   2.1 To register an account with the Platform, User must provide accurate and complete personal information.2.2 Upon registration, User will be required to verify their identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.2.3 OLG Keno Ontario reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that does not meet its requirements.

3. GAMEPLAY AND PRIZES

   3.1 The Platform offers various games of chance ("Games"), including but not limited to Keno, lottery draws, slots, table games, and live casino games.3.2 The odds and prizes associated with each Game are clearly displayed on the Platform.3.3 OLG Keno Ontario reserves the right to change or remove Games at any time.

4. WAGERING AND WINNING

   4.1 User must be physically located within Ontario, Canada, to wager real money on the Platform.4.2 The minimum and maximum wagers for each Game are clearly displayed on the Platform.4.3 OLG Keno Ontario reserves the right to void or cancel any bet that does not comply with these Terms.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

   5.1 User can deposit funds into their Account using various payment methods accepted by OLG Keno Ontario.5.2 Withdrawals from User's Account will be processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy, which is subject to change.5.3 OLG Keno Ontario reserves the right to charge fees for certain services.

   9.1 The Platform is operated by OLG Keno Ontario in good faith but without any warranty or guarantee of performance.9.2 In no event will OLG Keno Ontario be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from User's access to and use of the Platform.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

    11.1 OLG Keno Ontario reserves the right to amend or modify any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users.11.2 User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online gaming in Ontario, Canada.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms represent the entire agreement between User and OLG Keno Ontario and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

By accessing and using the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
